All estate management tools — residents, meters, dues, communications, and reports are available from your dashboard, giving you full visibility and control in one place.

Click your name or avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Profile Settings. Update your details and save.

Subscription

Go to your subscription section on your dashboard to see your plan and expiry date.

Select Upgrade Plan, choose your preferred option, and complete payment. New features are activated immediately.

Yes. Go to Subscription → Billing History and download a PDF receipt for any billing record.

Resident Management

Go to Residents → Pending Requests, review the details, and approve or reject.

Meters & Units

Go to the Meters section, select Add Meter, and enter the required details.

Yes. Assign the meter to a unit and resident from the Meter Registry.

Communications & Reports

Use Broadcast Messages to reach all or selected residents.

All tickets are available in the Support section where you can review and update them.

Tap Pay Now on your home screen. Your balance updates immediately.

Select any transaction and download the receipt.

Check your email or view the transaction in your payment history. Contact support if needed.

Visitor Access

Generate a visitor code and share it.

Security validates it at the gate.

Contact support for urgent deactivation.

Referral & Points

Share your referral code. Points are credited after your referral completes their first transaction.

Apply them at checkout.

Yes, after 12 months of inactivity.
